1st American Funding Group was referred to me by a friend who had great success! I called and immediatley was talking with the Broker-Owner Nikii Davis. Nikii was very informative and really listened closely to what my wife and I were trying to accomplish with our refinance! I also checked out the company with the Oregon Better Business Bureau and found out the ratings for 1st American Funding Group was exceptionally positive. We submitted our application on-line and within an hour we received a call back and within two hours Nikii had our loan approved, appraisal ordered, title open and an unbelievable low rate on a 30 year fixed of 5.50% - I have to admit my wife Lilly and I were a little unsure - We had done a loan with Paramount Equity several years ago and it was a night-mere.
As reluctant as we were, Nikii kept in touch with us on a daily basis, keeping us fully aware of the loan processing and what we really liked, was available after work! Her office is open from 8am in the morning until 11pm at night and that's 7 days a week! Our loan was submitted complete with all the documentation, appraisal everything and within 24 hours we had a committed lender. The entire process and this is including weekends took 15 days!!!
